A sacred space to heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner resilience

PROBLEM / CLIENT REQUEST

Design a website to promote a solo therapy practice—Sacred Spaces Therapy—serving teens and adults. The client (LMSW) needed a calm, credible presence that explains services and approach. She liked the simplicity of Squarespace, but wanted something more distinctive and on-brand.

SOLUTION

I built a lightweight, hand-coded site inspired by her reference but tailored to her logo fonts, colors, and tone. Content is organized for quick scanning with clear calls to contact. I implemented a secure contact form, purchased and configured the domain, and added essential SEO/meta so local searches can find her practice.

TARGET MARKET

In shaping the site, I reviewed navigation patterns and design cues from other therapy practices to create a welcoming first impression. A calm hero image and supportive opening text establish comfort immediately, helping visitors feel reassured and engaged from the moment they land on the page.

SERVICES INDEX

To provide visitors with clearer information, I added individual service pages that outline treatment approaches in more detail—an idea drawn from best practices on other therapy sites. Each page remains fully editable through CushyCMS, giving the client control to update content as needed, while maintaining a consistent, welcoming design with supportive visuals and text.
